iGraft was facing the problem of negative reviews on Google listing, Facebook, business listings profile and Mouthshut.

We started with analyzing their complete negative URL's, reviews from Google, Facebook and all channels, then keep them on track to take it down or deletion. It was not easy because of their competitors, They were also active in putting fake reviews that were looking nearly real.

There were plenty of negative reviews and URL's ranking on the first page that were creating a negative reputation on the client business image. So we had to deal with this and disappear all the negative fake reviews from search.

We have started our work on fixing negative reviews from overall links, We have taken the step of adding positive reviews by requesting their clients to share their feedback on those channels, marking flag to fake reviews that may help in deletion of fake reviews by Google Moderation.

The regular effort on the work brings positive result in getting their ratings and authority back.

The Result of Our Work

In the work of 2 months only we have taken down approx almost negative reviews from top searches. Their Google business page rate with 4+ rating with real client reviews. The positive response on listing result a good improvement in searches, calls, request direction, appear in Google 3 pack.
